I work with Green companies interested in investing in their staff for their company to thrive.
The Process
Each program begins by having in-depth conversations with your team members, and then the leaders. When each member feels valued, and works as a cohesive team, the whole work environment shifts.
We will explore such topics as:
What do we want to build?
Who do I want to become?
How will I, as a member of this company, maintain my autonomy?
How does the company’s integrity connect with mine?
How can I find and live in a state of freedom?
Includes Two Power Animal Retreats
From there, we facilitate a Virtual Power Animal Retreat, either from the company headquarters or team member’s homes.
These retreats will bring people back in touch with the earth and animals because it touches them in ways that reignites deep and natural connections.
It opens more channels of connection and understanding, strengthening the team, identifying areas for growth and solidifying the direction of the company.
Towards the end of the program, an In-Person Retreat is offered. Retreats may be a Hike with Wolves, a Whale Retreat, or another Power Animal Experience.
When a team begins to think more freely, greater ideas flow and greater responses are born.
